Orktober is a thing that has existed online for a while among miniature painting enthusiasts. I think it is mostly driven by Games Workshop fans as the title, a play on Inktober, has Orc spelt with a ‘K’ like the Warhammer 40k faction.
Regardless of its origins I’m going to try and take the opportunity to get a few Orc models completed. They have been languishing in one of my WiP boxes for years so it’s worth a try.
In a departure from my usual approach of only posting completions I’ll, hopefully, be posting daily updates on their progress even if there isn’t any!
We’ll see how that pans develops as the month progresses.
